The successful candidate will provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventative care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, and patient education.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for providing quality care and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
Prescribe medications and treatments.
Provide patient education and counseling.
Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
Develop treatment plans and follow-up care plans.
Document patient medical histories and progress notes.
