Responsibilities:
The Recruiting and Team Member Experience Specialist is a brand-new role within our HR team with 50% of your time spent on talent acquisition and onboarding responsibilities and 50% of your time spent on team member experience/engagement activities.
This position is 100% remote, preference given to candidates in the central time zone as we service both the East and West coasts.
What You Bring to Us:
Proven experience managing talent acquisition, onboarding, and team member engagement activities on an HR team delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers MUST have 3
years of experience using ADP Workforce Now Recruitment and Onboarding modules Ability to create compelling job descriptions, job advertisements, and recruitment materials that reflect our company culture and values Be an ace at leveraging social media channels and other digital platforms to promote our employer brand that attract both passive and active candidates Tech savvy with an ability to understand and adapt quickly to systems Act as our people point-person, overseeing all incoming inquiries and emails to our shared inbox, triaging to deliver timely and appropriate responses Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Working closely with functional teams and the business to enhance the employee experience What We Bring to You:
