Responsibilities:
System Management:
Administer and maintain the SAP Business By Design system, including system configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
Ensure the system's stability and performance while identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
Regularly backup and monitor system data to maintain data integrity and availability.
User Support:
Provide user support and training to employees in various departments to maximize their utilization of the system.
Troubleshoot user issues and help resolve problems in a timely manner.
Integration and Customization:
Collaborate with other IT and business teams to integrate SAP By Design with other applications and systems.
Customize the system to meet the specific needs of different departments, such as finance, production, and inventory management.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards to provide relevant data for decision-making and operational improvements.
Assist in data analysis, trend identification, and performance metrics tracking.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure data security and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Implement and monitor user access controls and permissions within the system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in SAP Business By Design administration and configuration.
Strong knowledge of distillery operations and relevant business processes is a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and customization within the SAP system.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support and train end-users effectively.
